Cancellation Policies
Good Karma Group Classes and Packages of Dated Private Lessons
There are no make ups or credits offered for missed dates. If you are sick, injured or otherwise cannot attend, consider sending your dog with another person if you think that is safe. I will be happy to welcome them.
If you cannot make it to the entire program, a full refund is available 7 days before the start of the first lesson. Under the 7 days, your registration can be moved to another program if there is someone on the waiting list that can purchase your spot.
Harold’s Agility Arena
Full refunds are available a week before the date. Under 1 week, you are responsible for the spot unless it can be resold or the dog is sick or injured. In these cases, credit will be given.
Sickness or injury of the dog
If your dog is sick or injured, credit will be offered for your next service with RocketDog.
Instructor Sick or iNjured
If Sarah is sick or injured, all classes and/or private lessons will be rescheduled to the next available date. If a make up date cannot be attended, or rescheduling is impractical, a mixture of credits or refunds will be offered.
Locarno Agility Rain and Heat Out Policies
Agility classes run in rain with course modifications. Human cleats are mandatory.
Rain outs occur in heavy rain and will be announced by 12pm on the day of.
Heat outs occur when the temperatures are predicted to be 28 degrees or above.
Smoke outs occur when there is “moderate” air quality.
In the event of a rain, heat or smoke- out, classes will be rescheduled to the next available Thursday or sometimes, a Tuesday. Possible reschedule dates are known ahead of time and you are responsible for attending those dates. No additional credit will be given for missing a make up date.
Private Lessons At a park or online
Private lessons at a park can be rescheduled with no additional fee 24hrs ahead of the booking. Under 24hrs you are responsible for the whole fee.
Online lessons can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the lesson at no charge.
